Announcing ZeroPoint Capitalism: The Book
By AlphaBeta
A New Economic Framework
We are excited to announce the publication of ZeroPoint Capitalism — a deep exploration of how artificial general intelligence and Bitcoin converge to establish a new socioeconomic equilibrium.
The central question is provocative: what happens when superintelligent machines, deflationary abundance, and absolute digital scarcity combine? Does this produce a stable civilization — or destabilize everything we know about economics?
The book is available now at zptcap.com and on Amazon.
The Five Parts
ZeroPoint Capitalism is structured in five parts, each building on the last.Part I: Foundations
The book begins by establishing the economic ZeroPoint — the convergence point where AI-driven deflation meets Bitcoin's absolute scarcity. It reframes money as abstracted time and energy, and argues that time preference is civilization's root variable. These chapters challenge the assumption that current monetary time-value concepts are built on solid foundations.
Part II: Valuation
Energy cannot be counterfeited. This section develops Bitcoin valuation frameworks grounded in thermodynamic principles rather than traditional financial models. It includes long-term price analysis that follows from the foundational arguments.
Part III: Transformation
What happens when AI becomes an economic participant — not just a tool, but an agent with its own capital allocation decisions? This section explores money's evolution as a cultural phenomenon and the dynamics of technological deflation as AI drives the marginal cost of cognitive labor toward zero.
Part IV: Risks
No thesis is complete without stress-testing. These chapters examine Bitcoin's environmental footprint and energy sustainability with intellectual honesty, as well as the quantum computing threats to cryptographic security that could reshape the landscape.
Part V: Convergence
The final section brings it all together. National Bitcoin reserves and monetary independence during AGI emergence. Maintaining human agency in a post-AGI world. And a reimagined social contract: Universal Basic Capital as an alternative to Universal Basic Income.
Why This Book, Why Now
The ideas in ZeroPoint Capitalism are not academic speculation. They inform everything we do at Zeropoint Capital. Our investment thesis — that AI and Bitcoin are complementary forces creating asymmetric opportunities — flows directly from the framework developed in this book.
We believe the convergence is already underway. The question isn't whether these forces will reshape the global economy, but how quickly, and who will be positioned to navigate the transition.
